Liquor Dispensers
Most of the high volume bars today use the 6 brand (or sometimes the 9 brand) liquor “gun”. Accurate and very reliable, these liquor guns will dispense an ounce of your bar well liquor FAST.
For mixed drinks you can get a system that can dispense ½ ounce amounts, one ounce and 1 ½ ounce shots.
The liquor is contained in five gallon, stainless steel tanks in a secure area. All pour sizes are recorded on a meter. You can even have a system that counts each different liquor separately.
Premium liquors are always poured by hand. But your bar RYE, WHITE RUM, DARK RUM, GIN and SCOTCH are more accurately dispensed with the liquor gun.
