Better Profits for Draught Beer
Experienced licensees know that in order to make better profits, you can’t overfill the glasses, pints or pitchers. If you can pour a consistent amount of beer in each and every glass, you’ll get as much as 10-15% more from your kegs!
We have portion control systems that fit right on your beer towers that will measure exactly how much beer you wish to serve in glasses, pints and pitchers. We even have a “red-eye” size for those patrons who like to add clamato to their draught beer.
If you’re serving as little as 5 kegs a week you can have the system pay for itself in as little as three months!
Portion control systems are also a good investment for preventing unauthorized dispensing of draught beer after hours as the system locks with the removal of the key. All glass, pint and pitcher sizes are recorded on a meter.
If you wish, we can interface the data from the portion control directly to your computer and you can get print-outs of exactly what you have dispensed, the time of day/shift and what was rung into the cash register.

We also sell and install the latest state-of-the-art technology for draught beer monitoring. These systems don’t control the “portioning” of the amount of beer you serve, but record everything that is poured on a 24 hour clock.
Your computer receives the data daily and you will get reports that show what was or what was not rung into the POS terminal. The system will show you every ounce of beer from each shift and if you are out any amounts of draught beer you can have the system alert you directly to your cell phone.
Soon these systems will also monitor walk-in cooler temperature and beer-gas pressure. Talk about a way to effectively troubleshoot a beer dispensing problem since most issues are directly related to temperature or pressure.
